Cameron is eager to create a project that tackles one of the the biggest problems in world- the plastic pollution crisis.
Rudi Clark
KZN Director

From managing daily operations to leading our Innovation Hub, events, and education programme, Rudi keeps our KwaZulu-Natal work on track. In two years with TLP, he’s brought a practical, hands-on approach that connects people, ideas, and action—working continuously to tackle plastic pollution at its source and find lasting solutions.
Megan Swart
Cape Town Project Manager
Megan’s passion for protecting rivers and coastlines drives everything she does at TLP. She loves inspiring others to join the fight against plastic pollution & finds peace by the water or in a good book.
For her, there’s no Planet B — and together, she believes we can make a real difference.


Casey Pratt
Media Manager
Casey’s connection to the ocean fuels her passion for protecting the environment. Through social media and photography, she shares TLP’s story, raising awareness of plastic pollution and inspiring action to safeguard rivers and coastlines.


Jihaad Jacobs
Cape Town Ops Manager
From Manenberg, Cape Town, Jihaad has five years’ operations experience and three in waste management. As CT Operations Manager, he leads teams, coordinates logistics, & oversees events. Passionate about protecting the environment & improving lives, he enjoys gaming and soccer in his free time.


Sinegugu "Sne" Dlala
Admin Assistant
Sne began as a River Warden and, after wastepreneur training, moved into an administrative role. Known for her reliability and strong work ethic, she manages team communication, supports operations, and is the friendly face behind many events — a key part of TLP’s success.


Nelson Dumakude
Production Assistant
Nelson’s journey with TLP began after the KZN floods in 2022, when he joined clean-up efforts in Umdloti. His strong work ethic soon led him from River Warden to Production Assistant, where he now helps turn plastic waste into useful products. Passionate and committed, Nelson continues to grow with TLP.
